A strategic analysis for the development of a family business with the focus on creating a new webpage and online marketing solutions

Abstract

This work is based on personal motivation. Considering that during our studies at the university we studied aspects such as business plan, finance, management, marketing and HR, I decided to put everything together in one work in order to understand how private enterprises in Ukraine can reach a new level. As a result of this work, a website was written that is used in real life and a complete redesign and rebranding was done. This is one of the ways to develop my parents' business. In addition, I reviewed the financial analysis, created a business plan to understand what problems the business currently has and what can be improved, and what is generally worth trying - marketing.
