dc.description.abstract When working on a project, we often pay attention to details. We focus on the small parts that they build general identification. It is not repeated, however, that some parts are in line. It often affects our well-being. Lie down, have the worst day. This is understandable, not only in the designer’s work but in which I can rotate. Through the prism of work, in the picture, they seem to be visible. Therefore, it is essential to take a whole step back and from the perspective, objectively look at the whole of the outlined design problem. In my work, Women’s Rights are Human Rights I decided to analyze all my work, which spread over time for two years. The dissertation is my case study. Thanks to the analysis and survey with attention, every move and all decisions, I can finish the job thoroughly. The time that I spent on my observations was just long, through 6 months, which can already be imposed on deepening one’s projects. As a graphic designer and organizer of events in the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, I would suggest each of the students or even proffesionals draw conclusions for the future. Self-analyze and a monologue in retrospect, which allows for very sharp self-criticism as well as objective tightening, scratching very well. For me personally, which I was not able to see during the intense work on the project. The knowledge about myself, which I discovered, gave me more confidence and self-decisiveness, which I did not have, at the time of work. pl_PL
