Streszczenie:
Walt Disney Pictures is an American film production company
and a division of Walt Disney Studios, owned by The Walt
Disney Company. Disney Animation and it’s films are a huge
part of the entertainment industry not only in America, but also
in the whole world. They influence and reach children through
many aspects, not just with movies, but through clothing,
games, and toys.
After a brief explanation of what is the gender and stereotype I
divided princess described in my dissertation on three eras.
Each of them is represented by three selected princesses, who
share certain features of appearance and character. Through
such a division, you can see how the Disney female characters
have changed over the years.
My thesis is on the influence of Disney heroines on society,
stereotypes and gender roles, the representation of female
characters in Disney's industry and how it all changed over the
years.
