Streszczenie:
This work focuses on the challenges of educating new employees in crucial
IT roles, particularly in the Network Operation Center (NOC) Department. The
study aims to propose solutions that can enhance the effectiveness of the training
process and increase the success rate of new hires, thus reducing the number of
employees who do not pass the trial period. The research highlights the significance
of proper training for NOC employees, who play a critical role in ensuring the
smooth operation of a company's network infrastructure. The study will identify the
factors that contribute to effective team management in the NOC Department and
develop a structured system of the educational process, integrated with interactive
software, to address these factors. The proposed approach would enable the
company to optimize the allocation of human resources, reduce operational costs,
and gain a competitive advantage
