dc.description.abstract | Reasons for selecting the subject: when I was starting my first Information Technology job as a Java junior developer, in an online-based onboarding process I faced challenges and unnecessary barriers because of a lack of proper connection between me, HR, and my team, and my team leads. From that point, I identified flaws in the system, and I decided to propose his solution, to increase the efficiency and overall make the process faster, and simpler.
