Salesforce: Low Code High Efficiency

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to examine how Salesforce makes development easier through low-code automation and validation tools that can be configured via a bunch of clicks. The ones, particularly were embraced, can be listed as Flow Builder, Process Builder, Approval Process, and Workflow Actions which enable Salesforce users to be able to cover advanced scenarios related to its customers, hence the need for coding has been diminished in importance. The fourth chapter is dedicated to the implementation of the abovementioned low-code tools based on a given scenario. Salesforce development org has been created as well as an application on the environment, thus expected tooling experience has been revealed.
