Probably work satisfaction from working life is particularly significant in terms of both
corporate productivity and consumer satisfaction, both in terms of individuals' private
lives and their views on social life.
Competent employees, managers, and leaders have become indispensable for all
businesses. Leaders in the twenty-first century must be able to effectively handle
information, resources, time, changes, crisis situations, stress, risks, strategies, and
procedures and approach their job with a visionary mindset. They should be able to get
along with their staff, be interested in their ideas, and convey what is important to them
in some way.
The purpose of this study is to identify the elements that influence employee
satisfaction. Employee satisfaction is investigated in terms of demographic
characteristics such as gender, age, education level, marital status, having or not having
children, spouse's job status, and seniority. The direction and intensity of the link
between employee satisfaction and independent factors were assessed within the
scope of the study, and significant/key variables were highlighted.
The purpose of this research was to learn about the importance of employee pleasure
for businesses, which is a key topic in work psychology and the business world, as well
as how organizations assess employee satisfaction. |
