The following research paper titled Technology — impact on human perception
explores the influence of technology on human perception. Starting from a
philosophical perspective based on ideas by Byung Chul Han, Rein Raud, Zygmunt
Bauman, Jan Van Dijk, and James Bridle, the paper defines the impact of technology
on the human cognitive processes from a medical perspective, and then focuses on
the physical aspects of body and technology interaction. The work tries to define the
area where digital experience leaks into the offline reality of human perception and
how we interact with each other. Finally, the research tackles the topic of human and
digital coexistence in the future, which refers to the next development of the
metaverse experience and the possible attempts to transfer the human brain onto a
digital format. |
