dc.description.abstract	The purpose of this thesis was to develop a C# and .NET Core based web application fully dedicated to the management of the wound healing process to satisfying a gap in the market for such a solution. As core functionalities it allows patients to connect with doctors and communicate with them in real time by messaging and video conferences. The technologies that were used to implement those capabilities include Firebase Realtime Database, the Web Real-Time Communication project and Pusher.	pl_PL
