This research paper will consist of the application experience of using Moodle in the recruitment process of a software testing company. In this research, there will be an illustrative description of how a learning management system can solve all the challenges in a corporate recruitment process and employee engagement using different learning methods and learning plans for the advancement and development of employees in a robust learning environment[3]. Many companies perform the recruitment process using manual tools and applications, resulting in data loss and difficulty tracking the candidates during the recruitment process. Only a few companies globally have a structured recruitment platform to track the candidates' progress and have systematic and dynamic recruitment software. It is also observed that the corporates do not invest much time and effort in employee development in their current field of work, resulting in poor performance of the employees on their designated task. Hence, there is a need for an application that will help the employees to engage themselves in the learning process, which will enable them to perform their jobs efficiently. There can be courses from various skill sets assigned to all the employees by their reporting managers. Hence it will boost the employees' confidence and systematic tracking of the performances by upper management in the company |
