Streszczenie:
Thesis describes method and ideas behind The Lean Startup Methodology. Research part of the thesis is devoted to conducting an experiment on given business model with a set of potential customers and minimum viable product. Additionally, a research offers a way to improve the measuring and learning phases of methodology.
Thesis consist of four parts. First three are dedicated to the theory behind The Lean Startup, how it could be improved, and how it presents in comparison to other existing solutions on market.
Fourth chapter is a research, which on the example of business application development, shows how The Lean Startup Methodology could be used in real life, revealing all its pros and cons, leaving the space for the reader to continue development cycle iterations and learn more about the methodology.
