This thesis aims to give an overview of how multicultural diversity impacts team management. To explain the pros and cons and the challenge to be faced. This paper focuses on multicultural diversity in business and the difficulties met by managers in a cross-cultural team. The thesis focuses on the challenges that a multicultural company deals with and the benefits gained. Moreover, this research paper covers differences between collocated and distributed multicultural teams, the level of conflict and cooperation in a cross-cultural environment, relation to different professional groups, cultural background, the style of decision making, recruitment, task assignment. |
