dc.description.abstract	This study investigates the genre of animated autobiography, and scrutinises its main features. It also asks the question in relation to the therapeutic aspects of the genre and why it could be seen as essential nowadays. The study present own research and knowledge acquired through practice. The main goal of the study was to analyse animation as representative of people's personal stories, which in turn could help audiences to connect and become inspired to think about their own lives.	pl_PL
