dc.description.abstract |
My diploma thesis discusses stress and stress relief techniques. The target group of my project are
the students age 18-30. Stress is an everyday phenomenon encountered by young people, but they
are not aware how aggravating it could be. Therefore I decided to write this work which combines
basic information about exercises dealing with movement, meditation, drawing or writing. In successive
chapters I discuss a positive influence of these exercises on our daily mood and productivity.
I draw my conclusions and use examples taken from several websites on psychology, books
about mindfulness and personal development as well as my own life experience. Main goal of my
work is to awake young people through convincing them that everyday relaxation is necessary to
keep body and mind healthy. |
